About

I didn’t start out in design. I had my sights set on business—until I decided to take Computer Science 101 during my last semester before transferring to business school. My first career turned out to be development.
A few years into my career as a software engineer, I kept gravitating toward the why behind the code. I’d sneak into design brainstorms, curious about the decisions shaping what we built. Eventually, I realized that what I was really after—the creative thinking, the systems-level problem solving, the human-centered approach was product design.
Since then, I’ve transitioned into UX, where I have lead design strategy and implementation for design systems, accessibility and financial tools @ Chase.
Why do I call myself a vibe director?
Simply put, my past time is creating connected & inclusive environments.
I love to curate music and vibes for spaces whether it is currently my living room or someday my own vinyl cafe.
In my professional life, I try to channel that energy into the work that I do and the people I work with. My designs are part of the digital environment and I do my best to make it as inclusive as possible and champion the user.
